6. User-Generated Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the Services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant lanternflam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
lanternflam reserves the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.
Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method for the fees incurred. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Services.
If you fail to make any payment when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.

lanternflam reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes.
Continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall lanternflam, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
In no event shall lanternflam’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
